W350 COLD MILLING MACHINE
APPLICATIONS
Bridges & Car Park Decks
Removal of water proof membranes, non-slip surfacing, cutting drainage channels, concrete reduction, asphalt preparation
Roads, Airport Runways and Aircraft Manoeuvering Areas
Thermoplastic line removal from roads, runways and aircraft manoeuvering areas.
Anti-skid and non-slip surfacing.
Shopping Precincts, Buildings, Warehouses, Sports and Leisure Facilities
Removal of screed toppings, sealing coats or wear courses.
Tile removal and surface rejuvenation. Non-slip surfacing.
VARIABLE WEIGHT
Heavy on the road, light in the hall.
The working weight must be as heavy as possible when removing road surfacing.
With a full tank and maximum ballast the W350 weighs almost 4.4 tonnes.
Floors, parking decks, factories, halls and sports facilities, on the other hand, cannot withstand such heavy loads, although this is a major field of application for milling machines so that the surfaces to be rehabilitated are removed cleanly and economically.
The weight of the W350 can consequently be reduced by roughly one-third by removing the ballast so that the machine can safely drive into buildings with limited load-bearing capacity.
Even when lighted the machine ensures the floor coverings are reliably and safely removed inside buildings. The load is additionally spread via the wide wheels with low floor pressure.
